Making on Time Payments a Priority

As a friendly reminder, making timely payments for your rent fees is extremely important. In order to protect your credit, you must submit your rent payment by the due date in your contract. If you do not pay your rent on time, you may be reported to the credit bureau. Excessive late payments may make it difficult to rent elsewhere in the future, or even apply for a home loan if you plan to buy at some point in the future.

In addition to late payments, eviction is also a possibility if you fail to pay your rent. Of course, Boundless Management uses this as an absolute last resort. If you think you cannot pay your rent or you are about to fall behind, please call our office to discuss the matter with our staff. We will do whatever we can to help you with the situation.
